This means if a tracking number shows delivered but you did not get the package. If you live in a high risk area where package theft or misplacement of packages happens frequently, or is a probability, you can always reach out to us and ask for your package to be shipped via "Signature Service". This way someone has to sign for the package for it to be released by the carrier.
